Payment Schedule -
- Seasonal Pricing:
High Season (Nov. 1 - May 1) = $120 per night.
Low Season (May 2 - Oct. 31) = 100 per night.
Price includes hotel tax, short term tax and utilities with AC bill credit at $150 for short term and mid term rentals ( under 6 months). Long term rentals over 7 months do not include utilities.
- 50% due at time of signing
